Refund policy

Cancellation Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team via email at  vagabongstore@gmail.com or by calling us at 7003254161. If your cancellation request is received within this time frame, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed within 48-72 business hours.

Returns Policy:

Returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds are offered by the seller under specific terms. Please note that return policies may vary depending on the product category. Always refer to the product page for the applicable return policy, as it takes precedence over the general returns policy.

Returns Process:

If you need to return an item and prefer a different pick-up address, the address can be changed only if the pick-up service is available at the new location. During the pick-up, our field executive will inspect the product based on the following criteria:

  • Correct Product: The product's IMEI, name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and bar code should match, and the MRP tag must be intact and clearly visible.
  • Complete Product: All accessories, freebies, and combos (if any) included with the product must be returned.
  • Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, and free from any stains, with all quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals intact.
  • Undamaged Product: The product, including all its components, should be free of any damage, such as scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
  • Undamaged Packaging: The original packaging or box should be in good condition without any damage.

If any of these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received by the seller.

General Return Rules:

  • If a replacement is not possible for any reason, a refund will be issued.
  • During open box deliveries, if you receive a different or damaged product, you will be eligible for a refund. However, once an open box delivery is accepted, no return requests will be processed unless there are manufacturing defects.
  • Refunds may take 10 to 14 working days to appear in your account if processed through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, depending on your bank's policies. Refunds via e-wallet will typically be processed within 24 hours.
  • During peak seasons, return processing may take up to 15-18 business days.
